SHIPPING:

Thank you for shopping with Russet!

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. There you can find all of the information regarding your purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. We are currently offering free standard shipping throughout the United States. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Friends are visiting, you still haven’t furnished the place, and you need that table asap? We do offer two expedited shipping options as well! It's basically...teleportation.

Please keep in mind that Russet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please bring your package(s) inside as soon as possible! 

 

RETURNS:

Looking to return a product? We’re sorry to hear it didn’t work out!

Please email us at orders@russet.com to place your return request. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed for goods within their original packaging and free of damage. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned is not in its original condition or does not meet our quality standards. 

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping, as well as the cost incurred, unless determined it is a manufacturer’s defect. Any declared ‘defect’ is under the discretion of Russet’s manufacturing standards. Should there be a manufacturer’s defect, Russet will provide the return label and incur all shipping fees. Customers will be reimbursed no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods and determined the goods meet our quality standards. The same form of payment you originally used for the order will be used to refund you.
