We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, & Diners Club. We also offer both Apple and Google Pay.

We are working on it! Our goal is to reach all of our new home makers around the world. We are working as quickly as possible to make it a reality!

While not required, we highly recommend using the Russet mallet to safely assemble your piece. The rubber head ensures easy, gentle assemblage and protects your piece from damage that might otherwise occur if using a steel or metal hammer. Russet cannot claim responsibility for any damage to its products incurred from the use of non-rubber mallets or hammers. Please keep in mind that a mallet does come with every Sidekick; however, the mallet is not included with the Champ. 

If you would like to wipe down or clean your table, we ask that you simply use a cloth and water. Please do not use any chemical products on the wood as they may cause staining and/or discoloration.  

We highly recommend using a coaster when placing any beverage on your table. Similarly to other wooden tables, beverages typically leave a water ring and/or other stains from condensation. 

Please email us at orders@russet.com to let us know. We will immediately work to locate the missing order and ensure it’s on its way. If we are unable to locate the shipment, we will happily send you a replacement, no additional charge of course :)

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear this. Should your product arrive damaged in any way, please reach out to us at orders@russet.com with a photo of the issue. Once we can confirm the problem, we will get you a replacement right away!
